Take any table out of PartsBox as a file. Configure it the way you need, filter it to the rows that matter, and export the result to CSV or PDF.
A CSV opens in any spreadsheet or another tool, for a quick calculation, a parts list for a supplier, or a figure for accounting. A PDF is a finished document: it carries your company logo, lays the table out cleanly, and includes part images and thumbnails where the table has them, so it is ready to print or send as it is.
The export follows what you set. It includes the rows that match the current search and filter, in the current sort order, so you get exactly what you were looking at. Columns are the one thing you set separately: each table has its own export column set, apart from the on-screen layout, because a printed report and a working screen rarely want the same columns.
Export is available on the tables throughout PartsBox — parts, stock, BOMs, orders, lots, storage, and builds. The same few clicks produce an inventory list for the insurance file from the storage table, a BOM as a PDF for a contract manufacturer, or a CSV of open orders for a planning meeting.
This is the per-table export. To take your whole database out, a full JSON export gives you everything you entered, with no lock-in.
Table export to CSV and PDF is in every plan, including the free Maker plan.
